Playgrounds are fun. Your child will increase his/her skills and test them and also meet with new friends. But playgrounds may also be dangerous. Many children get hurt when they fall down.
Prefer rubber and thick surfaces over dirty and artificial grass playgrounds. The playground surface should be rubber or sand and also could be made from small rocks or wood shavings. These surfaces protect your child if he/she falls down. If the playground doesn’t have a soft and thick surface let your child play with toys that are not tall. Watch your child closely.
